Weekend Wishes: Grown Up Easter Basket

Easter Basket

I'm a firm believer that we never outgrow the fun of an Easter basket. It's one of my favorite and most vivid childhood memories! I put this one together with a few things I'm currently loving and would love to unwrap on Sunday morning (unintentional French theme, by the way)! Wishing each of you a very happy Easter weekend with your friends and family!

What's in the basket: SOLE SOCIETY sandals | LINDT chocolate bunny | PARIS STREET STYLE
BAUBLEBAR necklace | KATE SPADE phone case | SS PRINT SHOP print
THE ATELIER stationery | NASTY GAL sunglasses | ESSIE nail polish | TARGET basket

Happy Friday, loves! I'm officially on a short, but much-needed, spring break. I'm spending today and part of tomorrow working around my house and then heading to my parents' place for Easter. It's gonna feel great to have a few days to breathe, catch up on a few projects, and enjoy some extra hours of sleep. Enjoy the links below in your downtime this weekend!

My Style: Flowers Around My Neck

We've almost made it to another weekend, folks and I, for one, am very excited. Our short spring break starts today and I'm really looking forward to spending a few days at my parents' house. This has been an exceptionally busy week as everything seems to be coming to a close and deadlines are fast approaching. My first year at my new school will soon be under my belt - that's a full post I'll save for another day!

Print mixing is nothing new around these parts, and this scarf is going to be getting nonstop wear this spring. I feel like you all see this striped tee more than you want but, seriously, it's so versatile. It was one of my lucky warehouse sale finds from last summer and I've worn it to death. Also, let's chat about this bag for just a second. Seeing as I simply can't afford the Mansur Gavriel bucket bag that everyone is coveting for spring, when I spotted this more affordable option at the Coach outlet I knew it would be the perfect alternative - it comes in several different color options too. Here's to an awesome Thursday, friends!

Striped tee, SAINT JAMES for J. CREW | Skirt, TARGET (old) | Scarf, gifted BODEN
Shoes, ELLEN TRACY via TJ MAXX | Bag, COACH OUTLET | Sunglasses, DESIGN DARLING
Red flower pin, gifted INITIALS INC.

Jewelry: Pave link, GROOPDEALZ | Stone bracelet, gifted BODEN | Gold link, gifted POPPY STYLE

Currently Crushing: Threshold White & Color Collection

Target: White & Color Collection

If you follow on instagram then you already know how much I love this latest collection by Threshold for Target - these two pretties came home with me! There are lots of pieces available in stores that I couldn't find online, too! I love how clean and fresh the pieces are and how perfectly they mix and match - even with pieces you probably already have. You can't imagine my excitement when I found those x benches in my local store on Sunday. I was so sad last year when I missed out on them. One of my favorite home shopping treasures!

With the weather finally turning itself around, all I can think about is being outside every minute possible. One of my favorite simple pleasures when springtime comes is dining alfresco - especially in the evening when it's cool enough to put on a jacket but still comfortable enough to be outside. However, brunch is still holding strong in my number one meal slot and this past weekend proved just why I love it even more in the springtime! Above are few fun outfit ideas I put together for casual Sunday mornings when all you want to do is indulge in some strawberry waffles and browse the aisles at Target.

My Style: Maxi Dress Weather

It is full-on maxi dress weather around these parts, folks! The weather over the last few days has been absolutely perfect (froyo weather, anyone?)! I love that it's just chilly enough in the mornings to need a light jacket and (sometimes) an airy scarf. I've already pulled this dress out a couple of times and can't wait to keep styling it through the summer. And I've literally been living in these d'orsay flats that I scored at TJ Maxx - also snagged them in white! Let's have an awesome week, ok?!

Outfit: Dress, CYNTHIA by CYNTHIA ROWLEY | Jacket, GAP (old)
Flats, CHINESE LAUNDRY via TJ MAXX (very similar) | Scarf, STEVE MADDEN via TJ MAXX
Clutch, J.CREW (warehouse sale, ebay) | Sunglasses, gifted FANSTAS-EYES

Jewelry: Earrings, TJ MAXX | Stone bracelet, gifted BODEN | Pink bangle, KATE SPADE

Happy Friday, friends! I feel sure you're just as excited as me that the weekend is here. This was a crazy busy week at work and I'm afraid it's only going up from here until graduation - pretty sure our seniors have totally checked out! Now if only that was acceptable for me. . .

Here are a few links to enjoy this weekend! As always, follow along over on instagram to see what I'm up to! Cheers!
